$104 for 13 classes (once a week)
$182 for 26 classes, $10 for a single class.
Classes may be taken any time during the spring term but may not be carried over into the summer.

Kripalu yoga is a mindful and slow style of Asana practice (yoga poses). Classes begin with fluid warm-ups and centered breathing followed by postures, modified for the students’ individual needs. We build strength and focus by holding the poses and deepening the breath.
The benefits of yoga include relaxation, improved body consciousness, balance, flexibility, strength, compassion and insight.
